The second thing that very much bothers me seems to be a common problem with a lot of these "contracted driver" positions, and that is the tip system.
From what i understand, the company can change this rate at any time, and drastically, and even in a "high paced" area like mine, the hourly rate outpaces my delivery pay by a considerable amount. My biggest concern right now is the liquid nature of your guaranteed hourly rate. my location has so far been very active, just a few minutes wait before i have another group of deliveries to make, but i understand this is completely based on your locale, lots of other reviews are complaining about long waits between deliveries. Havent worked here long as a driver, but so far its exceeded my expectations.
